Who We Are

NW Kidney Connection exists to bridge the gap in kidney care by connecting patients and their spouses with essential resources, education, and community support. We focus on young adults ages 18–35, empowering them to make informed decisions and access life-saving care with dignity.

Kidney disease changes everything and young adults often face these challenges without enough support. NW Kidney Connection exists to change that. Here’s how we’re making a difference:

Why It Matters

• Focused on Young Adults 18–35: a group often overlooked in kidney care

• 4 Core Programs: peer mentorship, education, provider connections, and emergency kits

• Lived Experience Leadership: our team includes kidney patients and spouses who know the journey firsthand
